House Of Orient is a dim-sum and tea restaurant at the Entertainment Building of Central. Drawing from the concept that tea and porcelain are the most important trades back in the colonial days, we hand painted a Key Art that strongly ties the two elements together, telling a narrative story through the lives of the Hong Kong compradors, in celebration of the treasured beauty of his bygone era.

Drawn in the style of blue and white porcelain, the brand design of House of Orient invites you into a montaged world of the compradors,
recollecting the memories of these key figures who so beautifully bridged between the East and the West in the colonial days. Here is an oriental story of Hong Kong, beautifully retold, celebrating our roots, revived in modernity.
